antique stanley 8'' early No 18 steel sliding bevel square 1898 USA

Up for sale an early antique No 18 steel sliding bevel square,1898
In nice clean working condition all parts working well.
Has some minor corrosion spots that was cleaned away and lubricate.
Has some loss of original nickle plating.
Blade slide smoothly and lock tightly.
Length of blade is 8''
This particular bevel square is made in 1898 with Stanley logo and nickle plated
Because the stanley logo does not have the knotched rectunglar corners .
The trade mark with the notched rectangle started around 1919.
Great vintage tool over 100 years old.
