With signs of being used, such as fading, scuffs, scratches, chipping, surface rust, from age, use, storage and handling.
Steel Blade has previous owner’s marking on both sides: JDLEE
Hard Wood handle has a number “2” stamped on sides.
Ruler numbers are faded, wood handle in good condition
