VINTAGE STANLEY NO. 20? BRASS, WOOD & STEEL 11 3/4” SQUARE COOL

Vintage Stanley No. 20? Brass, Wood & Steel 11 3/4” Square. Cool, old piece. Vintage Stanley New Britain, CT. square. It’s really a 12” square. But the ruler measures 11 3/4” from where it fits into the wood piece to end of ruler. I believe this is a Stanley No. 20. But it is not marked with the number. “Stanley” printed and spelled out in gold letters on wood part of square. Lovely brass fitting attaching steel ruler to wood portion. The brass fitting shows on both sides.
This wonderful, vintage tool could use a cleaning. I’m showing it as found, except for a light wipe-down.
